Thanks Chas.
I'll leave this thread here in case anyone wants to comment pro or con re: the technical aspect of Nova Neal, but I will start my own thread for a personal response not related to this guy's technology.
My thread will be called "Great New Web Page on Neal."

I have encountered peswiki before when I learned that a wanna-be air inventor who used to email me had published an article about his device on peswiki in which he claimed or strongly implied that he was associated with my project. Untrue, and I tried to join peswiki so I could correct the article but there was one problem after another. The guy who owns the website eventually got back to me but by that time I didn't care anymore, so the bs is probably still there.
Now about inventors who publicize companies that don't exist and market inventions with fancy names that they haven't built yet...well, never mind, let those fellas talk for themselves, because talk is all they do. I will just say that there is nothing original on the peswiki page that wasn't lifted from my site or that isn't gibberish. I will recommend that you google the inventor's name, but don't post what you find about him on any of my Neal threads.
I tried to listen to his you tube but you tube is not functioning on my computer for some reason, probably involving the secret masters of google.
With the peswiki's new pet inventor you may compare my honest claim to be a researcher interested in seeking the truth about Neal, and recall my oft-repeated advice: stop surfing the internet looking for quick answers to Neal, and study what has been suggested on this site. Print up some science and turn off the computer so you can get some studying done. A real engineer has spent hundreds and hundreds of hours, done the hard part, found the relevant information, now all we have to do to understand Neal is to study.
Neal is either simple or it didn't work. If it's simple why hasn't science picked up on it? Science doesn't like simple and obvious anymore, science likes high tech because that's where the money is. Flim-flam artists like gibberish because ordinary citizens mistake it for tech talk. Internet junkies don't like the answer when they do find it, because it prevents them from further surfing and forces them to apply themselves and learn something new.
Relatedly, I avoid association with websites that are primarily about free energy, because I think most educated people are less skeptical of UFOs and Bigfoot than they are of free energy devices.
NEAL is not free energy. It is a compressor that is so cheap to operate that it qualifies as solar energy. Now let me put my money where my mouth is, and get off the internet. I have some studying to do.

Hi
I always keep an open mind about reports on PESWIKI,they get too enthusiastc too soon about new claims.
The Nova Neal engine may have some merit but i don't think its the way the neal tank worked. The check valve used by Neal is the key. Neal did not have the benifit of modern cnc machines, materials or computers. His workshop would be very basic, so the answer to how it worked, will be simple, but vrey clever.
Regards
Chas

Chas, I agree. By the way, I learned only recently that Bob Neal apparently gave up the shoe business for a while and invested in a machine shop when he moved to Hot Springs from Arkadelphia. He lived in that area, isolated within the boundaries of Hot Springs National Park, the rest of his life, but was back to the shoe business by 1942. It seems he might have sold his machine shop and bought an existing shoe business in town, since the business address in 1942 had been someone else's shoe shop in previous years.
Bob Neal poured his life's blood into his engine, so let the internet experts say they "know" how it works. More power to them, I hope they're right. We have every reason to be skeptical of each others' big talk including mine.
I would like to believe that he is sincere and doing his best to pick the brains of Bob Russell Neal, but I would take him a bit more seriously if he would stop calling my favorite inventor "Robert"!

We have to realize that our economy and lifestyle are quickly reverting to the pre-oil-glut days and it's going to be painful. EVERYTHING in society is going to stop working. Everyone who isn't already rich is going to be dabbling in desperation. The middle class is going to disappear almost completely and will once again come to be considered a form of aristocracy, in the isolated pockets of society where a privileged class of the almost-wealthy still exists. War is going to form the backbone of society. A lot of people on the fringe will qualify as full-fledged snake oil salesman. We would be way better off as human beings if the oil glut had never happened. Now, in addition to losing everything we thought we had, we are soft and spoiled and think we're special. As the personal automobile disappears, the extended family, the farm family, even child labor (kids working in the fields with their parents) will return and fix some of our attitudes about what's important. In the cities will be the worst kind of squalor, including the kind of forced child labor in sweat shops and factories that still exists in many poor countries and overt dictatorships. When the oil is truly gone, I mean not worth bringing to the surface anymore, maybe then humanity will be able to return to a sane relationship with the earth.
On the other hand, maybe someone is gonna screw two check valves together, stick them in a tank and pump pulsations through them. In that case, we might be looking at humanity's next golden age, and there's no telling what I will find to complain about in a time like that. Something juicy will probably present itself. Maybe unprecedented greed and corruption somewhere, no doubt, if humans are involved.
